One of our guests commented, "The house has one of the best views you will see in your entire life. You can watch an early sunrise and in the evening the moon is shining, sparkling on the water. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds signing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Great private 3 bedroom apartment with fabulous ocean views in Smith's. Perfect for a family or two couples. Large yard, outdoor dining, BBQ, all overlooking the south shore.

Nick’s place was a beautiful home overlooking a gorgeous view of the ocean. Pictures honestly do the view no justice. You just have to see it for yourself ! Waking up to the view was honestly the best part for us. Nick and his wife were so sweet and accommodating. They were attentive to any needs we had and were easily responsive and very friendly. I would recommend Nick’s place to anyone wanting to visit Bermuda and wanting a home feel during their entire stay. Thanks so much again Nick for everything !
Great location, private and beautiful view. Apartment was tidy and had all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, a great experience.

Million dollar views from the balcony which overlook South shore. 3 bedrooms but be aware 2 bedrooms are connected. The kitchen has all the things you need for a long stay and was great for our 18 days.

This property is located on a highly desirable, private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, 8-10 minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.
There is plenty of parking at the house and we have two EV/Twizzy chargers. There's a steep hill (up) from the main road (and back), where the nearest bus stop is a 10-12 minute walk. Taxis are easy (Use the HITCH app) and I definitely recommend an EV rental.
If you're very energetic, it's about a mile walk to the Collector's Hill shopping area where there are groceries, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, etc.
