This charming 3-star apartment boasts both an excellent location (5 minutes' walk from the port and center of Pornic, 1.3km from the beach) and the lifestyle of the owners' family home: swimming pool and wooded garden, car and bicycle parking .... This 34 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the first floor. It comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. There's also a lovely garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included. For sightseeing, relaxing, family travel or telecommuting... The accommodation is arranged as follows: The entrance is via the bright living room (facing East/South) which opens onto the terrace. - A 16 m² living room with a French-made convertible sofa (140x190), coffee table and TV - Kitchen and dining area for 4, with 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, kettle, electric mixer... - A closet Night area : - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC - The bedroom has access to the garden through a bay window. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x190), a large closet and a small desk. Particular care has been taken in the choice of hotel-quality bedding and cotton gauze linen. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, umbrella cot, ironing board and iron. Private outdoor area: A terrace and independent space (approx. 350m² with triple exposure East/West/South) within the family home's wooded garden, surrounded by old stone walls. To make the most of the garden and terrace, you'll find the following at your disposal: - Garden furniture and a Weber barbecue - A "back from the beach" area to rinse and hang out your gear - Deckchairs for lounging in the shade of the olive trees Shared area: - The 4x10m swimming pool (unheated) has secure access via a veranda. Open from April to October. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. It is shared with the owners, and slots are reserved for travelers. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. A solar shower is available. For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available on request.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et notre hôte a été très accueillant! Nous avons été accueilli depuis la gare, et c’était vraiment sympathique. Le logement était vraiment propre et très jolie également! Elle expérience!
nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Édith et Pierre qui se sont montrés charmant, accueillant tout en étant discret. Le logement est d'une excellente qualité tant par la déco que par les matériaux. La literie est excellente ( nous n'avons pas testé le canapé convertible).L'emplacement est super car 5 minutes du port . bref TOP !
Superbe séjour chez Edith et Pierre. Tout était absolument parfait : emplacement au calme et à proximité du centre ville, très jolie décoration et logement impeccable, la literie très très confortable. Edith était très accueillante, à l’écoute et disponible pour nous conseiller au mieux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Encore un grand merci!
Nous avons passé un bon séjour de trois jours chez Edith et sa famille! L’environnement est impeccable tout comme le logement. Il est bien situé (10 min à pieds du centre, des boutiques, restaurants et balades) et aménagé avec goût. Edith est très accueillante et arrangeante. Nous recommandons vivement cette location 🙂
Notre séjour a été très agréable quelle que soit la météo car le logement est un vrai petit cocon. Tout est arrangé avec goût et avec des matériaux de belle facture. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement disponibles et avenants. Générosité et beau vivre sont au rendez-vous. L’emplacement permet d’accéder très facilement à pieds au port et à ses nombreux restaurants À faire et refaire… merci pour cette belle découverte.

The apartment is ideally located in Pornic, in the upper town, which is alive all year round. The château, port, market, shops, restaurants, train station and coastal path are all less than 10 min' walk from the apartment. It's the ideal starting point for unrestricted enjoyment of Pornic.
On the practical side, 2 steps from the apartment you'll find a butcher and a greengrocer on rue de Verdun, a baker on place du Marchix, a pharmacy, a bookshop and a delicatessen on rue du Maréchal Foch, a doctor's surgery on rue de Tourte, and the Pornic market on Thursdays and Sundays.
And two shopping centers (Hyper U and Leclerc) just 5 min away by car.
