Cozy up in our BOHO home centrally located in Johnson City. Minutes to ETSU, minutes from JCMC, down town area and quick access to I-26. Wonderful outdoor space with a fully fenced in backyard, for kids or pets to play. Plenty of space for your family & friends to have a relaxing get away. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master suite offers kind bed with full bath. One guest bedroom offers two twin beds and other guest bedroom offers queen bed. There is a full bathroom in hallway. Also, equipped with washer and dryer. Main living room, with an extra living space, dining room, and breakfast area. Fully fenced in backyard with small pond in backyard for relaxation under covered back porch. Corner lot in a very nice neighborhood.

Comfy, spacious, and beautifully decorated! We appreciated being able to all have dinner together at the large dining table (there were 6 of us), and that the home was very clean!
My family and I really enjoyed our extended stay at Jan’s place. She was always very responsive when we had issues arise and her house was so wonderfully decorated and inviting. The area is perfect, so many beautiful parks for my two year old and pup and several hospitals close by for work. All in all a great experience!
We had a wonderful stay at Jan and Jacob’s place. It had plenty of space for us all and was very cozy. They also provided any items we needed and check in/out was a breeze.

Great neighborhood. Very quiet. House on corner lot but on two dead end streets so very little traffic.
Home is located about 3 minutes from ETSU and about 5 minutes from JCMC. Home is located no more than 7 minutes from downtown JC.
