We are in love! The view is stunning! Beverly’s place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The deck is perfect for relaxing mornings and evenings (several mornings we saw dolphins right out from the beach!) and the swim spa makes for an enjoyable escape from the heat. Beverly is fantastic! She is quick to respond to questions and can make some wonderful recommendations if you need. We sooo enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Beverly and her lovely home! We cannot wait for our return!

One of the BEST Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The home was equipped with EVERYTHING you would ever need! The location is perfect for shopping, eating and or having cocktails out somewhere. Beverly was IMMEDIATELY answering any questions we had. It was SO NICE to have Rick the house maintenance and land caretaker right there on the property in case you need anything at all. He is responsive to your phone calls, but does not bother you and minds his own business unless you reach out to him. Great guy, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the house, property and the island. I learned so much during our monthly stay, and we cannot wait to stay again next year! This is a MUST STAY FOR BIRD LOVERS/WATCHERS! We have already booked our next stay before we left. The swim spa was the icing on the cake! It was so nice to relax during the hot days and crank the heat up after dinner for a nice dip in the 100 degree jetted swim spa! NEVER had one issue with the Wifi or with the Dish network. So many other places, I could never get onto the Wifi or have the cable network to work. Overall, the absolutely amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Nice size property with seclusion but the caretaker who lives on the boat in front of the house seems to always know what you have been doing when your outside. Makes it awkwardly uncomfortable. Biggest negative of the trip by far. It made my so uncomfortable she didn’t get to enjoy relaxing by the ocean like she had planned on as she felt like she was being watched all the time.
