The Place is clean and provided everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with a private backyard. Troy was very responsive and accommodated us as we had a long drive and checked in later in the day. If there was one thing, I may not have noticed in the description is that the garage is for storage, and you cannot park your car in the garage there is a private driveway for parking so that was not a big deal. Overall happy with the stay will stay there again.

Troy’s place was centrally located for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and it perfectly fit our group of 4 adults and two toddlers. The floors were pretty dusty and turned our toddlers’ feet black but the linens and counters were all clean. The kitchen sink was not working for us, which made it difficult to clean, cook, or fill up our water cups (they couldn’t fit in the bathroom sinks and the fridge didn’t have a dispenser). We emailed Troy about the sink not working and he kindly responded the next morning but unfortunately was unable to get it fixed before we left. The door to the dishwasher also fell off when we opened it to load dishes but we notified Troy and his handyman said he’d fix it after we left. They also don’t provide floor mats/towels for the bathroom so the floors get soaked, I’d bring your own The kitchen is gorgeous but wasn’t very functional for our stay, this however should be fine for the next guests (I’d just ask). Over all we were happy with our stay.
