We stayed here for a month in July and couldn’t have asked for a better place and location. This place has everything you think you would need and more. All you need to bring are your clothes. You can bike ride everywhere and close to the trails. Restaurants close, lake is close and yet far enough from all the traffic down closer to the casinos. Would come back and recommend to anyone else.

David was an excellent host who genuinely cared about us and the property. The house has all the comforts of modern technology while positioned in a lush woodland. It's walking distance to restaurants and Truckee Marsh. Truly the ultimate stay if you're looking to get a taste of nature and local beer. Would definitely stay again and recommend to loved ones. 10/10

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. David was very informative when we checked in and quick to reply to any questions. We enjoyed the multiple work stations and the TVs in every room. The house is fully furnished with up to date appliances, it had everything we needed for our extended stay. The house is spacious and has a very welcoming/homey feel. The backyard is fenced and was great for our dog. The workout set, bikes, and toys for the lake were a nice touch. It’s located in a quite neighborhood with hikes a couple blocks away. A great location to town, stateline/heavenly. We loved our stay so much David let us lease this place long term through the winter. We would highly recommend staying here.

David’s cabin is in a great location, a quiet residential neighborhood that is near a beautiful meadow, bike trail, and numerous great places to eat and drink — all a short walk away. It’s also a great base camp for a month of Tahoe adventures. My wife and I stayed for a month. It was also pet-friendly. David keeps the place well-stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the extras: Flatscreen TVs, 4 quality bikes to use, a kayak, a weight set, high-quality appliances, and much more. We would stay again if in Tahoe for an extended period of time.

David has a great place. Lots of well appointed appliances and furniture. Solid location in South Lake Tahoe. Easy bike ride to a bunch of restaurants.
