This is probably my first dissatisfied review and experience since I've been on Airbnb (from 2015). And also this is the first time that I had to cancel my booking. From the beginning communication with Mikasa was nice. But, I spent a night in another place because they told me that my room had some challenges with cleaning. And the next day I understood which ones. The room I booked originally had a horrible, really horrible cigarette smell. An old one. Everything in the room (sheets, furniture) had this smell. So I was pushed to cancel my booking and urgently searched for a new one. The owner refused my request to return my payment. Thank Airbnb, they have great client-oriented support and they sent me back the rest of the payment I've lost for nothing. It's fairly to say that another room at Mikasa I've stayed in was nice. But this one is horrible. So I'll not test my luck again and stay at this place.

Very easy to find, very closed to bus station, cozy room, near to coffee and supermarket.
