Sarah’s place was the perfect spot for me and my girlfriend to stay. It was just outside the main city area so it was peaceful and quiet but close enough that you could bike there in 10 mins or walk in 15. Bikes were provided which was amazing. The location was also close to some of the best bird watching spots on the island! The unit was clean, had everything we could need including filtered water and a pool. Sarah has three amazing dogs who we fell in love with and well as two daughters who gave us some great recommendations of companies to use for different activities. Sarah also told us about a restaurant that we ended up going to every night because it was so amazing. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. It was perfect!

Great stay! Sarah is really nice, reactive and flexible. The place was perfect with swimming pool and the chance to have bikes was really appreciated. We fully recommend to have some days on Sarah home !

This listing is absolutely paradise. The bed was what all beds should be like, full fluffy pillows for days, cozy sheets etc. The view was gorgeous and the bikes provided were a huge help and such a nice touch. The listing is gorgeous and I cannot wait to stay here again. To top it all off, Sarah has the best vibe, helped us with a taxi back to the ferry and gave us great recommendations. I only have great things to say, everyone should stay at Sarah’s listing when they go to Caye Caulker

Wow! What an awesome place , came for our honeymoon! It was just what we were looking for away from the busy day to day in the US! Situated on a waterway with some cool dolphins that swam in by the boat dock only steps from our private deck off our room . It is set back from the busy tourist area of Caye Caulker but close enough to walk into town each day , we rode the bikes 🚴 that came with the place but also walked into town some evenings . We traveled the whole entire island from the place very easily , took the bikes to the north side of island via split /split ferry went to private beaches several days (highly recommend Bliss Beach on the northside) explored the whole island by bike /foot over the six days we were there. It was spectacular! We even took a snorkel tour right from the house dock ! Sarah and her husband have created a great island getaway , it is a small private resort without the crowds! Thanks again
