The apartment, well-kept and bright, is located on the second floor of an elegant building with a lift and concierge service, in an area well connected by all public transport. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you are staying for work or just passing through to visit the city. It is easily reachable from central Milan and from Milan Linate and Malpensa airports. The apartment is located entirely on one floor and contains: LIVING AREA A living area consisting of a sofa that can be immediately transformed into a queen-size bed, a 43-inch Smart TV on the wall, and a lovely lamp next to the sofa to illuminate your evenings with a warm light. Open kitchen complete with all essential appliances, kitchenette, dishes, utensils, oven, refrigerator. 4-seater dining table with chairs where you can eat in peace and comfort in a comfortable space Windowed access to the external balcony which makes the room particularly bright The living area is separated from the other rooms by a sliding door which will prevent you from having indiscreet odors in the other rooms. BEDROOM The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a bed and a very spacious wardrobe where you can store all your clothes. The warm light emanating from the bajours, located above the bedside tables on the sides of the bed, create an ideal and relaxing atmosphere for the night, after a long and hectic day in Milan. Your most precious objects will be kept in the wall safe equipped with a key As with the living room, you can also directly access the balcony from the bedroom via a French door. BATH In the bathroom you will find all the fixtures, bidet and toilet, and sink. A comfortable glass shower cubicle to relax and regenerate yourself to the fullest. Bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, washing machine and shower cabin, hairdryer and towels in three different sizes for every need. EXTERNAL BALCONY Long balcony with wooden table and chairs where you can drink a coffee in the open air, read a book or simply relax in peace. HOUSE SERVICES The apartment is equipped with self check-in, air conditioning, hairdryer (iron and ironing board), safe, television and wifi, washing machine. You will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets available. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels of three sizes for each person. As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for tasting, a bottle of water and two rolls of toilet paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.
