The Park View Suite is a serene, spacious get away in Solihull, next to Brueton Park, close to the Birmingham airport, the NEC, and great transport links to Birmingham city, Stratford, and the Warwickshire Countryside. A wonderful place to stop over en-route for business, or for a longer stay to explore all the West Midlands has to offer. The room is in our house, and is a full suite comprising a dressing area, super king bed, lounge area, , ensuite, TV , fridge and desk to work from. A spacious suite, with comfy super king bed, mini fridge and coffee area, sofa and TV with Netflix, dressing area, ensuite shower room and Juliet balcony overlooking greenery. No access to the rest of the property, but you do have a free parking space for the duration of your stay. Brueton Park in next door for lovely walks and fresh air! Continental breakfast can be arranged upon request for a small additional fee. The Sofa is a pull out sofa bed, so suitable for extra young guests.

Ideal location, next to the park and handy for town centre or motorways. I will certainly plan to stay here again, when I travel from North to South via the Midlands. Everything you could want for was there - even ear plugs! That amazed me.
Stunning accommodation, huge and comfortable bed, everything possible we could need and more, friendly and helpful hosts. Super location next to a park, great for the dogs. Great pub meal recommendation. We were staying one night as a stopover on a longer journey but may need the come back for a longer time to enjoy the beautiful accommodation and area!
suzette & Michael were fantastic hosts. Check in was very easy as detailed info about entry, directions & parking had been sent the day before. Michael was there when we arrived and kindly showed us around explaining how everything works i.e. heating. The room is stunnning, beautifully decorated and wonderfully bright/airy. There were plenty of snacks and added little extras in the mini bar area. The bed was a dream, big enough for each person to comfortably spread themself out. All in all a very thoughtful curated space. 10/10 🤗.

Beautiful accommodation with the most comfortable bed ever ! Only stayed one night but felt relaxed and right at home straight away The bottles of water , juice , milk , assortment of hot drinks was very appreciated as were the biscuits and chocolate bars . Suzette popped out to say hello as we left which was kind and lovely to meet her I would recommend without hesitation

Leafy suburban neighbourhood, next to a large park, very close to the M42 , NEC and Solihull Town centre is a 15 minute easy walk. Bus stops end of the road and Solihull train station 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Birmingham International is 10 minutes by taxi.
We are close to the M42 J5 which is 2 minutes away. There are bus stops at the end of the road and Solihull Station is 20 min walk or 5 mins by car. Birmingham International is a 10 min drive or taxi.
Included is a free parking space and you are welcome to leave your car on the drive if exploring the area on foot or by public transport.

Teacher, mum of 3 grown up children and to beloved dog Bella! Born and lived in London until 8 years ago. Now live in Midlands in beautiful Solihull next door to a lovely park. We have restored our 1930s home and are very happy and excited to share it with you!
