Nestled in a quiet corner of the Bungalos subdivision, this Florida cottage is newly remodeled and styled with all newly furnished décor along with a very spacious front porch. You and your guests will spend your mornings on the porch, afternoons on the golf cart going back and forth to the beach, and evenings strolling to the community pool. It will be the most fabulous beach vacation!
Additional privacy means, ensuite bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. The primary master is on the first floor making access easy for those that prefer few stairs or maybe want to be nearest the heart of the household. The second floor offers two bedrooms: a second master and a third master, each with their own full bathrooms.
The screened porch features comfortable seating for your group as well as a propane grill! Relax and take in the resort while dinner is cooking as you enjoy your chilled beverages straight from the custom wet bar, wine bar and cooler!

Soak up the Florida sun and take a short stroll to the beautiful community pool of Bungalos, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or hop over to Miramar Beach to experience the silky white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.
If you’re looking for some adventure, brush up on your putting skills on the putting green located next to the community pool, or scoot over to Grand Boulevard to get your groceries, engage in some retail therapy, or grab a quick bite to eat. While out, don’t forget to stop at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. This magical place is a must-see on any Miramar Beach vacation. Less than 10 minutes from your doorstep, you’ll find live music, a pirate ship playground, adventure park with ziplining, a spa for pampering, and so much more.

Once you arrive at your Bungalo to Paradise, park your car in the driveway and put your keys away. All you'll need to rely on is the two golf carts available to you: 6-seater and 4-seater.
To experience the fun at The Village of Baytowne Warf, make a right at the Bungalo entrance and follow it around the property for a short 3–5-minute golf cart ride.
To experience the beautiful emerald coast beaches - make a left going out the Bungalo entrance following the road around to the front gates and thru the tunnel under 98 to the beach side of Sandestin. A short and fun 10-minute golf cart ride.
To experience the shopping, dining and entertainment of The Grand Blvd - make a left at the Bungalo entrance, follow the rode to Administrative Blvd (right before the Baytowne Blvd gate entrance). You will find Sandestin's private gates that will automatically open upon you exist to The Grand Blvd and then again automatically open to return back to the Bungalo.
