We booked this place based on the 5 star reviews, however we did not have a 5 star experience. The apartment didn’t look like it was professionally cleaned and we felt like we were staying at a college student’s apartment rather than a professionally maintained accommodation. For the price we paid, we were extremely disappointed at how untidy everything was. On our first night, we found a load of soaking wet laundry in the dryer, and the washing machine was coated in black mold and smelled awful. The sofa bed was damaged and caused an uncomfortable sleep for one of our guests. Also the check-in time was after 5pm, which is the latest I’ve ever experienced. Overall very disappointed with the lack of care of the property and lack of thought for the guests. Should the attention to care and cleanliness of this apartment improve, it would be a solid 5/5 because the location is ideal for a pleasant stay in Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 1 Bedroom apartment in downtown Montreal. The host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and well organized, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation in Montreal.

I was only one day in this place but it was just great. Nice location, clean and very comfy! I just want to say thank you to hosts and to Montreal for having me there in such great atmosphere.
