Pros: 1. host is very welcoming and responsive 2. ideal location 4 mins walk to boat basin, 4 mins walk to ocean mall 3. very clean and everything was functioning 4. good AC 5. host provided tooth paste, soap, towel, face wash and even a comb cons: 1. water pressure was very low
