Room is equip with 1 queen bed, separate living room, TV, refrigerator, boiler,Microwave. (No cooking) (No Parking Free, if you want to park, it is 200 Bath / night) If you stay longer than 1 week, the electricity fee is not included in this price. You can pay separately when you do check out. This condo is privacy condo. It is not a hotel so it doesn’t have welcome reception desk or lounge space area so it cannot leave the luggage or backpack before check in time. Please do not go to juristic office because it is not the part of Air Bnb service so any problem, please contact only me directly . You can do self check in after 3 o’clock in the afternoon because the previous customer check out and it takes time for cleaning. If you want to check in in the morning time I recommend you to book the day before that. Please note that the price is excluding electricity usage. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it will be more save cost. Make sure you don't leave the air conditioner or forget to turn it off when you leave the room during the day. We sometimes even have people who have the patio door open and have the air conditioner on. So, this is the reason we have no choice but to offer prices excluding electricity usage in order to offer fair prices to those who are careful to conserve electricity, while those who do not, will pay accordingly.
