Kendall communicated well and her place was easy to find. Unfortunately the place hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived with both the kitchen and bathroom dirty. I contacted Kendall and was refunded the cleaning fee. Overall the place was dusty. The beds were comfortable and the location is quiet. The location is great with only a short walk to the beach, cafes etc. The kitchen is equipped with the basic things. Also, even the place is advertised to accommodate four people there are only two chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar which meant that the four of us (two adults and two kids) couldn't eat meals sitting all down together at the same time. Some improvements could make this a great place to stay.

Comfortable unit, walkable distance to beach - just need to be dit enough to go uphill on the way back. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Thanks for a good place to rest our heads. Hope we have time for more than 1 nights stay next time

This place is at a prime location, 2 minute walk to the Kings Beach! Pictures are true to how the apartment looks, organized and filled the needed amenities ( pair of surfboards and garage parking spot) I would highly recommend Kendall’s place and its great value!
