The duplex was nice and clean Very difficult to get inside. Better instructions needed! Nicely furnished, everything needed was there except for a coffee pot. A message was sent, and they delivered one fairly quickly . There is a great space on bottom floor with theater, billiards, 2 bars, lots of gaming equipment . Really great for a family with kids! Our reason for renting this house was for the dogs. The back yard was a great size but was full of sandburrs and stickers. I have a lab and Old English Sheepdog. I spent lots of time pulling burrs and stickers out of both of them!! For a younger family or family with kids, great place to rent. For a family with dogs, I would not recommend this home until a lot of yard maintenance is done.
