Located between Dartmoor and the south coast in the sought-after village of Dartington and within a short walk of the famous Cott Inn this fully refurbished self-contained annexe offers convenience and a comfortable base. Within walking distance to the Dartington Estate, with beautiful gardens, a cinema and events and a range of boutique shops a stones throw away. A self-contained annexe arranged over 3 rooms with a seperate kitchen and bathroom and a combined sleeping and lounge area. Beautifully crafted wooden floors, completely refurbished to a high standard.

Stayed at Jenni's for a week and wished we could've stayed longer! Felt right at home as soon as we checked in. The place was spotless, the kitchen very well equipped, and was very generously stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay. Jenni and her family were the most gracious hosts- very warm and considerate, and had excellent recommendations about the area. Highly, highly recommend this Airbnb. Would love to stay again!

The annex is centrally located within the village of Dartington. Guests can visit the boutique shops just down the road at the Shops, Dartington, walk to Totnes along the riverside footpath and visit the world renown Dartington Estate, which holds events, has a cinema and restaurant. We are also within walking distance of the Schumacher College.
Regular buses are availble just down the road, going to Plymouth and Exeter with a mainline train station in Totnes, which goes directly to London.
