This apartment is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage and Prancing Pony Suite. Can be booked together with discount. King size bed, living room, laundry & full kitchen/dining. No animals allowed, we have allergies. Located between Zion NP, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head & Kanarra Falls. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown. Please ask me if you have more than 2 guests. You can bring a blowup mattress but there will be a small fee for each additional guest. This is a spacious basement apartment in a full size house with plenty of available parking. We live upstairs. You have a private entrance through the front door. The neighborhood is a quiet townhome subdivision 1 mile from town center.

We spent 5 nights in Tyra's apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything seemed new, and the decor was cute. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners at the place. There is a parking space, and the location is perfect! We went skiing at Brian Head and hiking at Zion. We will definitely be back!
overall nice stay. Husband loved it being a Lord of the Rings fan. would recommend this place and will definitely stay whenever we visit.
Enjoyed our 2-night winter stay at this LOTR-themed spot. It was bigger than we pictured and has full kitchen, washer, dryer, dining space, lounging area and a large bedroom! Great for warming back up after exploring beautiful Cedar Breaks on snow shoes.

I had a wonderful stay here! I'm so glad I decided to spend my autumn with you guys. The moment I walked in the place felt like home. It's super spacious and clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is great too, in a really quiet townhome community walking distance to a Family Dollar and Lin's. And I was so impressed by the amount of fantastic hiking in the area! This spot is close to Zion and Bryce but the smaller local trails alone were well worth the trip. If you even KINDA want to visit Southern Utah, do yourself a favor and book this place right away.

We love our small-town vibe. Friendly people and neighbors that watch out for each other. Although we are in a town-home subdivision, it is quiet and peaceful, we live in a safe City and neighborhood. We have all 4 seasons with snow in the winter and summer temperatures reach into the nineties. We love that we are so close to the National parks and an easy drive on interstate 15 to bigger cities, about 2.5 hr. drive to Las Vegas and about 3.5 hr. drive to Salt Lake City.
There is iron county taxi, Uber, Turo car rentals, enterprise car rentals, there is a shuttle to Brian Head for skiing. We are close to the Coal Creek walking path that goes all the way through the city.
