Situated on the third floor, our duplex penthouse is accessible via a typical Maltese staircase, without a lift. Bedrooms: -The main bedroom is generously sized, it features a brand new AC and a wide wardrobe to accommodate your belongings. It also boasts a small terrace where you can enjoy some fresh air. -The second bedroom is a cozy space with a single bed that can be easily extended to a double bed. It has its wardrobe and a generous desk with an office chair. This room leads to a small back terrace. -Both rooms are equipped with all bedding essentials, plush pillows, and a snug duvet for a restful night's sleep, ideal for a family or friends traveling together. Bathrooms: -The main bathroom is conveniently located on the same floor as the bedrooms and offers a walk-in shower. -On the upper floor, you'll find a separate toilet. I had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, well stocked, and quiet. The washer, dryer, and the adapter they use in Malta were an added plus! I would highly recommend staying here!

L’appartement de Federico est exceptionnel ! Dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de La Valette, un duplex très spacieux, décoré avec bon goût et disposant de 2 terrasses ensoleillées… on s’est senti immédiatement très bien ! De plus Federico est toujours disponible pour répondre ou donner des conseils. Il est rare de voir un logement aussi agréable…
We totally enjoyed our stay in that beautiful and lovely decorated appartment. We immediately felt at home. We loved the balconies where you could get the sun in the morning from one side and from the other you could see the sunset in the evening.
