Wonderful house on two levels with garden In 130 sqm of space it accommodates 4 people with 2 bedrooms 2 uncovered parking spaces for the exclusive use of guests Private entrance. The area is known for its proximity to one of the most beautiful Palladian villas La Rotonda. The Berica Riviera cycle path that connects the central area and the lower Vicenza area is characteristic (for mountain bike lovers it represents the perfect start to immerse yourself in the Berici Hills). The internal space is divided as follows: Ground floor. LIVING ROOM: comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and AC split; KITCHEN: kitchenette including traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils, dining table and TV; BATHROOM 1: toilet, bidet, sink and shower; First floor. BEDROOM 1: double bed, chest of drawers, TV and walk-in wardrobe, AC split; BEDROOM 2: two single beds and wardrobe, split AC; BATHROOM 2: toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle; LAUNDRY AREA: sink and washing machine; OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Private outdoor garden with the possibility of relaxing with table and chairs. Two uncovered parking spaces for the exclusive use of guests. The two parking spaces are outside the property, outside the fence gate. ATTENTION: There are video surveillance cameras outside the accommodation.

Very clean and new place. There’s parking right outside the gate. Really enjoyed the stay.
Overall a very clean and spacious place to stay. Big windows let in a lot of light, which was nice. Kitchen was well-equipped with essentials and parking right outside was also very convenient. A few things to note: After booking, I was required to pay an additional 8 EUR for a city tax (not 2, as stated in the listing). Also, please pay attention to the note about heating (and cooling) in the listing: We stayed in November, so it was chilly outside and unfortunately quite chilly in the home as well. Unfortunately, the temperature inside ranged from 17-19 degrees Celsius, and this was not comfortable for us. We didn't understand the issue at first and the host was not very responsive in assistance, but we finally figured out that the issue seems to be a city regulation. So, please keep this in mind during your stay (as there is also a cooling restriction as well in the summer).

The structure is in a convenient position to reach the jewels of the historic centre, to discover the itineraries and villas of Palladio (Unesco World Heritage), for naturalistic excursions on the Berici hills and to Lake Fimon. The house is located 150 meters from the southern ring road junction and represents a splendid solution for those wishing to reach the Vicenza Fair or the motorway to go to Padua (25 min), Verona (30 min), Lake Garda (45 mins), Venice (45 mins).
The area is served by a cycle-pedestrian path that goes from the historic center to the open countryside (Noventa Vicentina); a stone's throw away there are many useful services: supermarkets, pastry shops, bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, newsagent, pharmacy, self-launderette, bank, post office, etc.

FROM VICENZA STATION: take bus n. 8 to the stop Strada del Tormeno, Via Sicilia", 100 meters from the property.
FROM VENICE MARCO POLO AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Santa Lucia Mestre station and continue by train to Vicenza station, then take bus n. 8 to the stop "Strada del Tormeno, Via Sicilia", just 100 meters from the apartment.
