The house is quite large but still quite cozy. Area location is good as it's centrally located to St Malo, Cancale, Dinan and the Mont St Michel. We were there during a MAJOR storm and felt perfectly safe inside (no rattling windows or doors) and slept super well. Upon our arrival, Catherine and her husband did stop by to say hello and see if we had any questions which is always a nice touch!

We stayed with my family and my parents in law (6people) in the house. we absolutely enjoyed it, beds were prepared and we received a warm welcome. the house has in our opinion a good price/quality ratio. La Fresnais is nicely situated, locations such as st. Malo, mont st. Michel and Dinan are all on short distance. the village itself has a nice bakery and supermarket, very convenient. we would definitely recommend this house.

Logement très confortable, au calme et malgré tout proche des sites à visiter. Séjour excellent.
