We ran into an unfortunate situation where the airbnb was not clean upon checkin. Dirty floors, hair strands on window sills and in kitchen sink. Dirty trash and compost bags. I quickly informed the host but due to the number of people in my party, and my elderly mom who was with us, it was extremely difficult to find time to get the host to send the cleaners so I decided against it It was only when I noticed the feces splashes on the toilet cover in the bathroom that my experience turned sour. We had to spend a few hours cleaning so the kids wouldn't get sick. Host did not offer to refund cleaning fee. Disappointing despite sharing pictures. Overall, Lindsey's team was responsive. They provided clear instructions before checkin. the house is in a central location in a private clean neighborhood, walkable. We had a large SUV so pulling in and out of the driveway was difficult since street parking was always full and had no space to reverse.The beach was minutes away, so were shops
While we experienced a few missing items they were immediately provided. We were 10 x 60+ adults and a young couple with a two month old. Y they stayed in the suite and had their privacy while the rest of us were comfortably accommodated in the main house. The location in the Beach area of Toronto was charming, historic and walks in the Boardwalk took place regularly. We will be back!

This house was magnificent! Initially meant for more people but we had some last minute cancellations, it was just the two of us so we felt right at home and spoiled rotten! There were a couple of minor hiccups but easily overlooked as it didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. We got a great deal and would totally stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
