Kind host and clean room

Hmmm, what should i write first:)). Ok, let's talk about the host first, James. He's easy and fun to communicate with. He's pretty open, good laugh, and respectful. I mean, i feel like I was talking to a friend more than a host. The room is spacious, bigger than i thought tho, comfortable, and quiet, I got along well with the other guests staying there as well, and it matches the description. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is clean. My room was near the front door, which gave me a great view of the front and quick access to all sides, bathroom, kitchen and outside. I def will stay there if i revisit NYC.

I felt very comfortable at James’ place. The room itself is very big, so I had plenty of space and felt like I could spend time relaxing here. This is also a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, so I was able to sleep very well. James as a host is very kind, attentive, thoughtful, and understanding. He knows how to maintain healthy boundaries with his guests and operates at a high level in his life, which is inspiring to be around. I was lucky to stay here!

I don't have enough words to express my total satisfaction with the space that I had during my stay. The service was perfect, the room was clean and the whole house was in order. Mr James was available at all times to provide support. Thank you
