Great location - near to the cobbled streets. Great that you can park for free. Pool and darts room a good extra. We didn’t use the cinema room but would have been great if we’d had teenagers / young children

Brilliant house in a great location! It was perfect for our group of friends. The kitchen is a nice sociable area and the games and cinema rooms are a really nice touch. The whole house was super clean and a good size. Mike is a great host, he responded really quickly to my messages and couldn’t do more to help with my questions. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at this property. Quirky layout with the games room and cinema room being in the basement, the addition of a sofa in the kitchen meant that you could relax in the kitchen too which was perfect for us. The beds were so comfy, and the decor is to a high standard which makes for a comfortable stay. The house is ideally located. A Spa to one side, Co-op to the other. Everything you need is on your doorstep including pubs, cafes and takeaways. A short walk to Main Street Howarth takes you to more shops, cafes and pubs, and obviously the history of the Brontë sisters! There is something for all ages in this area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to stay here. The host was extremely responsive and helpful when we asked daft questions! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at ths property for a work trip to the north and found this perfectly suited to our needs. The new style and basement setup with cinema room had to be the best part of the house along with the darts / pool room. The maintenance team was great at helping with a minor issue we faced and mike was very responsive and guided us in regards to local returants ect. I will be returning with my family in the summer for sure. Thanks Mike.

We had a brilliant stay just missed a sitting room, although you have the cinema room to chill in it was downstairs.which ment we all sat in the kitchen a little and the benches were in uncomfortable but that is a personal opinion.
