La chambre est bien dans l’ensemble avec un bon lit et un bureau très pratique, mais la salle de bain est vraiment vieillotte et pas pratique (0 rangement pour poser les trousses de toilettes, rien pour poser le papier toilette…), elle mériterait une rénovation ! Le gros plus du logement est la jolie piscine et la salle de coworking, parfait pour des digital nomades comme nous. De plus elle est climatisée ! Il y a un petit chat trop mignon habitué de la résidence, personne ne le nourrit à part les quelques touristes sensibles à cette petite bête, donc hésitez pas à lui acheter quelques croquettes, vous ferez une heureuse 😻

My stay started off with having to find alternative accommodation at 3am. I had reminded Henry and his team multiple times that I would be arriving at an odd hour and was assured that it would be no issue. However this proved to be not the case. As pleasant as the rest of my stay was I can't discount the stress and anxiety I felt as a solo female traveller in a dark alley with my Grab driver at the wee hours of the morning. Henry later reimbursed me for my stay at a different guesthouse. The room itself is very big and private as it's on the upper floor. However, the table and chair in room are not conducive for working, the table wobbles with every minor movement made, i.e. as I type on my laptop. Not a big issue but there's not actually a washing machine for your use on site as listed, you have to instead go to a laundry place a few minutes away. The house managers were kind and responsive during the rest of the trip but unfortunately my experience was coloured by the shaky start.

The owner was really kind and answered all questions, gave recommendations. We lived in a room on the 2nd floor, in general it was good, but there is noise from the road, and not clean enough, a lot of dust.

I stayed for 2 weeks and very much felt at home. Udu, the property staff, was super friendly and helpful. It was nice being greeted by his smile every day. I would definitely stay again. It is a 15 minute bike ride to main Canggu area, but the cost is great value.
