Our family really enjoyed Janie’s place. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool, playroom, and toys were a hit with the kids, and the house had everything we needed for our two toddlers. Also, Janie was an amazing host, providing clear instructions and being super responsive to answer/resolve any questions or issues we had. My 5-year-old protested giving a 5 star review, insisting that this house deserves 20 stars.

My family and I really loved this house. It’s perfect for a family that wants to have a great time inside or outside, the pool is great. The Outside area is nice, the picture is basically show what you’re getting. The hot tub is nice. Inside was properly cleaned and spotless. The mattresses and linens and everything was high-end. One big plus was an ice machine and wine fridge. There’s a downstairs area with a little playroom, as well as a TV, they basically have everything you need. Multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms. It’s about a one minute drive to the beach, it’s a rocky beach if you want sandy beaches you’re gonna need to drive about 15 minutes, but the rocky beach is great to hang, have a drink, have the kids explore. Five minutes away is the grocery store, bagel shop, starbucks. 10 minutes away……There are a few great restaurants, highly recommend cowfish, as well as Edgewater. If you have toddlers they have everything you need.

The house was nicely appointed. The outdoor space which is the focal point of a rental such as this, was appointed with high end outdoor couch’s, beds, & jacuzzi. Supersized outdoor dining table was awesome for our party of 10. This made the stay everything we wanted it to be. Janie is super attentive to any issue that may arise during your stay. I recommend staying at this peaceful retreat. It won’t disappoint.
