logement très bien équipé et agréable et au calme. la verrière apporte de la luminosité au logement mais un manque d' intimité de part sa situation au rez-de-chaussée. le lit est très confortable cependant le canapé lit manque de confort

Spotlessly clean, compact but everything you need for a short - or even longer - stay. Quiet building, only neighbours on the floor above - sometimes the litter patter of children’s feet but not disturbing!

Just enjoyed two nights in Paris with my children. Lovely neighbourhood, close to the metro and very peaceful at night - I have always felt very secure and safe in this particular location. There are good patisseries located near by so you can easily grab a pastry and walk back within a few minutes. I would say the apartment is even better than the photos; the place is impeccable and fitted out to a very high standard; massive tv, very comfortable beds, dishwasher and very well stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils. Also a surprisingly generous amount of space for an air BnB in Paris. Bedroom separate so enough privacy for 3-4 people. Definitely would go again and would highly recommend this property. .
