A perfect dog-friendly place to stay (it was a halfway stop from Glasgow to Cornwall for us). The room itself was clean and spacious and set up perfectly. Being able to grab dinner and a beer in the pub was a huge bonus (and the staff were brilliant with our dogs, one of whom is a tad reactive)

Great stay, Great host and super easy self check in as we arrived fairly late. Clean and comfortable rooms, would stay again.

The room at Shenstone Lodge was fine as the description told us was located in the grounds of the pub we knew what to expect. As previously described needs more sound proofing and better curtaining as room stays light day and night. Otherwise clean and comfortable and convenient.

Great little find, a freehold pub adding value with a little row of overnight accommodation modules that are just brilliant, excellent value and convenient. Pub does food that’s good value, ample parking and countryside to wander around to enjoy after a meal. Recommended!!!
