Spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in a quiet residential building in the heart of Recoleta, fully equipped to make you feel at home in the best neighborhood of the city. It is close to Buenos Aires' best restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and parks. It has everything you need for an excellent stay; 3 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, A/C units in all bedrooms and living room, black-out curtains in bedrooms to provide total darkness, and a large sunny balcony. The apartment has its own washing machine in the kitchen area, and desks in two of the bedrooms, great for working or reading. This accommodation is ideal for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 guests. If you will need an extra set of keys for your stay, please let us know in advance. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and two Twin size beds in the remaining bedrooms. We will be available for whatever you need during your stay. Towels, sheets, and amenities (such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are included. The CHECK-IN is autonomous (not in person), the keys are collected from a MasterLock that is a few blocks away from the apartment. NOTE: For a misplaced, stolen, or damaged key, the guests shall be responsible for a US$50 replacement fee per key. Inventory items missing: Charged at replacement cost.
