Located in the small town of Farmerstown, this home is just minutes from Walnut Creek, Charm & Berlin. We offer you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the Amish community. The local auction house is just around the corner where they sell livestock & produce along with other goods. Directly across the street is the general store offering all your basics and bulk food. We even have a closet stocked with Amish clothing for dress up and photo opportunities! Come enjoy the simple life! The Wrens Nest is set up as an Amish home, but with modern conveniences included (you won't have to give up TV if you don't want to). It's a great place to kick back and relax. Take advantage of the Amish closet full of clothes for dress up or photo opportunities!

This off the cuff girls Eclipse trip turned into the peaceful retreat that we had no idea we needed. The location is by far the biggest selling point, on top of the beautiful home, quant decor and fully stocked amenities. Everything was thought of! Thank you for opening this up for other to experience, it's one we will absolutely be repeating (minus the eclipse of course!)
Inas place was amazing! We met and talked to one of the Amish neighbors , and visited the General store across the street. They had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again!
Would stay here again. Peaceful . Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room for 2 people.
We enjoyed our stay it was so peaceful, and we loved sitting on the porch and listening to the Amish horses and buggies trotting by. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Loved talking to the Amish family next door.

Farmerstown is a very friendly small town of mostly Amish. You're sure to get a smile and a wave if you sit on the front porch.
While there are some things within walking distance, most will require driving. Farmerstown is only 5 minutes to Charm, 10 minutes to Walnut Creek and 15 minutes to Berlin.
