We loved staying here as a family. A perfect location for beach lovers and Dominic is a fab host! Highly recommended.

The thing that stood out for me was the location. If you love the beach and/or Polzeath then this is the place to go. There's not many places in Polzeath that are this close to the beach and the cafes and shops. As described it was only 100m from the beach and yet still felt very private with an off road parking spot for 2 cars and small private front garden with outdoor seating. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything in it to make our stay very comfortable. It felt more like a home than a chalet as described. There is a Spar shop which is on the beach road so again only 100m away which sells everything you could want. It does get very busy during the day but it's open from 07.30 to 19.30 everyday. There are no provisions to make a cup of tea or coffee when you 1st arrive so just bear that in mind if you are arriving late and the Spar is shut. You may want to pick some up on your travels. Overall this place was absolutely great and would highly recommend!!

Thank you Dominic- we feel very lucky to have found such a great place last minute. The boys loved it and being so close to the beach with young boys worked brilliantly. Many thanks Anna
