The first master is a separate mother-in-law apartment complete with full bath, walk in closet, laundry and private entrance. Across the deck you will find the kitchen and eating area along with a queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom attached and work space. Travel downstairs to the living room and gym where the kids room is attached along with a twin bunk beds plus a floor trundle. Directly adjacent is the second master with queen bed and private full bath as well. Down the hall you will find the main laundry access, an additional bathroom and private office space that allows for a sleeper sofa. The giant front yard is fenced in and dog friendly, so relax on the deck while you’re grilling and sipping a cocktail watching the sunset. Ready for your fun in the sun?? Head down to the 1900 sq ft dock complete with lounge area, LED lights for night time fun, two drop in hammocks and over 100ft of fenced private beach front for you to enjoy! Bring your own boat or rent on from nearby to bump up to the dock! We can’t wait to share our slice of paradise with you!
