Lovingly restored 1880 Victorian home. Comfortable king sized bed in The Pearl room. Very clean and attractively decorated. Dawn was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to our return in the near future.

Dawn understood and went above and beyond to accommodate my need for as fragrance-free an environment as possible. The location was perfect for my visit and I especially enjoyed listening to the sounds of a neighbors roosters. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with Dawn Sunday morning as I prepared my breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved the pearl room! It felt so much bigger when you were actually in the room. We loved the bed. The in room bathroom and shower were great. We loved our stay. I also enjoyed the Kandy Cake fresh baked by the host upon arrival. The house smelled amazing. The light music playing in the background made us felt welcome and at home. Loved this place!! This was the first time we booked just one room of a property. We usually book the entire places we stay. We were a little apprehensive and I had lots of questions! Before we booked, Dawn answered all my questions, was very responsive to messages and reassured us that we would have privacy. Dawn and the property exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, the room was spacious and private. The in room bathroom was perfect for the stay. Dawn was available in person both days we were there to give recommendations and suggestions of places to go, things to do and where to eat. Everything we needed in a weekend stay was available. She was even putting out fresh baked cinnamon bread when we arrived, which was delicious! Dawn should be rated as a Super Host ASAP because she and the property were perfect in every way!
