Getting in was very easy. Spacious house. However, the baby bed (which was discussed beforehand) was not there, and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. Ended up having to drive out to a store to buy one. When we had communication the next day, they admitted to forgetting it, and their solution to the baby bed was to "try to return it" to the store after our stay. Awesome. Other amenities in the listing, like hair dryer and coffee, were missing. They did drop off a hair dryer on day two. The main issue though is that they are running their properties like a business (multiple allusions to owning many properties) but without processes in place to ensure quality is maintained. There is a broken chair in the kitchen (marked with tape), a leaking sink in the basement (with a dirty cup underneath to try to catch dripping water), and generally the house feels like it gets the bare amount of attention between guests. Dryer full of damp sheets, dishwasher full of overturned cups, etc.

We were quite comfortable in the house and the hosts were very welcoming and always willing to help if we needed something !! The house is very spacious and clean and the area is very nice, this house specifically is nice if you are thinking of visiting banff, it's much easier .
