This beautifully renovated private basement suite is bright, clean, and comfortable, making it ideally suited for business professionals and guests in search of a quiet and relaxing experience. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this ideally located, charming studio. Looking Glass Studio is completely private and generally quiet, as it is situated towards the back of the building facing the alley. Located in the vibrant and trendy High Park North/Junction neighbourhood of Toronto, our neighbours include gourmet espresso boutiques, delectable bakeries, and fabulous pizzerias. Throw in free street parking and an amazing ‘Walker's Paradise' walk score rating, and what's not to love? It's also conveniently located across the street from the Bloor UP Express Station and a 4-minute walk north from the Dundas West subway station. If you hop on the UP Express, it's a short 17-minute ride to/from Pearson International Airport and an even shorter 8 minute ride to Union Station in downtown Toronto. We're ideally located within easy walking distance of the trendy restaurants/shops in Roncesvalles Village and the Junction as well as beautiful High Park (Toronto's largest public park featuring excellent hiking trails and a lovely lakefront area). If you're visiting in the summer months, make sure to check out the always popular 'Shakespeare in the Park’ theatre performances.

Neela was very responsive. Helped with parking. Kept in touch from the beginning till the end of our stay. We went to visit her awesome boutique store and she was so welcoming and friendly. Her store was awesome by the way. We got a body cream that smells great and the soaps were a huge bonus too. We will be coming back again this summer.

This was my first AirBnB experience. Based on this experience alone, I would encourage others to try the platform. The host was kind and thoughtful, and provided helpful suggestions. Never had an issue with overstepping boundaries, even though this place is essentially in the host's basement. I was on business travel, and I was there for a week. Definitely recommend this type of accommodation to get the feel for Toronto. A hotel would not have been the same.
Neela's place was perfect for my stay in Toronto! Incredible location within short walking distance of transit, restaurants, and more. The place was tidy and comfortable, and included extra details such as a welcome gift. Neela was a very helpful, friendly, and proactive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Looking Glass Studio is located within the Junction Triangle, a vibrant neighbourhood which includes easy access to Roncesvalles Village, High Park, and the Junction. This trendy area features delicious restaurants, live music, unique shops, beautiful parkland, and a lively beachfront area. Guests can easily hop onto the UP train, GO train, subway, bus, or streetcar to explore other areas of Toronto.
By vehicle: There is free parking out front of the building on weekends and between 9 am to 4 pm and 6 pm and 7 am on weekdays. Temporary street parking passes can be purchased online through the City of Toronto as well.
By transit: The studio is located mere steps from the UP Express, GO Station, and Dundas West subway station.
By foot: We're just a short walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife in both Roncesvalles Village and the Junction.
