Great house and great location. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We will definitely stay again if back in Newport Beach
Great place, great location near Sequoia National Park. The quality and comfort of the furniture and thoughtful touches (cozy blanket, extra towels) was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again!
What a great place! We came with our four kids and had a lovely time! Weather was just right for pool and hot tub action. Spacious house. Lots of amenities. Our kids particularly loved the board and card games! Grill and gas fires all worked perfectly! And Neta… what a great host. Super friendly and helpful. Proactive. She clearly loves her property. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we come back to Sequoia! 100% guarantee. Why look for something better than a perfect fit for our family.
Amazing place and host. Loved that the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and was very neatly organized. The park was about 30 min to the entrance with traffic. Neta was responsive to all our needs and she left helpful information. Would definitely recommend this place.
This is the only 'residential neighborhood' we have in Three Rivers. Our locals Trick or Treat here and our annual Christmas Parade is here as well.
Please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am.
GENERAL LOCATION:
Three Rivers is a bit of paradise on earth. Nature at its most glorious. There are many activities for those who crave adventure - hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding and boating - are some of the available options in the area. Or, simply have lazy days by stargazing, birdwatching, and relaxing.
Three Rivers is also an area that is still largely wild and untamed, where unexpected things can occur and where sometimes nature rages and can possess a threat to one’s safety and well-being. Therefore, you must always take responsibility for your own safety and those in your party.
SAFETY AND CAUTION:
Please bear in mind that ANY ACTIVITY YOU UNDERTAKE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are sharing the environment with plants, animals, insects, etcetera. There is poison oak and other noxious plants on our property. Once you have learned to identify them, they are easy to avoid: poison oak, thistles, goathead, and stinging nettles (see photos with their descriptions). Sometimes deers and turkeys wonder into our property so treat them with respect. Bears are present during late Fall/early Spring and should not be approached at all. The Sierra Nevada is known as a rattlesnake habitat. Bites and stings do not occur often but they can happen. Most creatures are not naturally aggressive but they still pose a threat to those who are unaware of their habitat and/or threaten them. Please watch where you walk, especially at night. Use a dim flashlight and bear in mind that snakes, skunks, etcetera are also nocturnal.
