STR #000768 Located a quick 10-mins down Hwy 111 in the Windy Point neighborhood, this adorable 3BD/2BA pool home is the perfect getaway for many reasons. It's spacious interior, fully stocked kitchen, retro design and brand new backyard w/ pool & hot tub will delight all who step through the front door. This neighborhood has some of the best San Jacinto mountain views you can ask for . . . even better than Palm Springs proper. Spend you days lazily hanging out in the cool air-conditioned rooms or outside lounging by the pool. Outside you will also find a gas fire pit for those starry-skied nights and a BBQ grill for a complete outdoor cooking experience. INDOOR FIREPLACE: Is not functional - It was removed for safety reasons so note that the picture is incorrect and being updated. POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly. Additional Policies & Rules -Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors. -100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am -No smoking inside home -Renter must be 25+ -City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

An older home, nicely updated & decorated the kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need. This place is in windy pointe as mentioned in the listing & it is in fact very windy. While this is at no fault of the house or management team, we weren’t able to use the backyard for a majority of our stay because the winds were very strong. A suggestion I would make because of this is to have a cover for the pool & hot tub. There was a lot of dirt on the bottom & steps of the pool & hot tub. We did our best to clean the debris off the top with the provided net, but it only did so much. Odd occurrence but a plumber showed up at 8:30pm our first night, Ryson handled it. I think this home has a lot to offer, especially for families with children & dogs (we had both) there was plenty of space & full of character with comfortable beds. I think had the winds been less intense, it would have been more enjoyable. We would definitely consider another Ryson home for a future Palm Springs stay.
This place was absolutely beautiful. Every detail inside and outside the home was thoughtful and tasteful. Outside, the pool was clean, the fire pit lovely, the bbq spotless and the furniture comfy. Inside, was wonderfully decorated and we had everything we needed; from a blender for smoothies to Codenames for a game night. The only bummer was the location itself. We didn’t mind that we were just before downtown Palm Springs. It was nice to be a little more low key. Plus, we were only 7 minutes or so from downtown. The big concern was the wind. It ripped through the area all day and night. At night it sounded like a train. I assume I should chalk this up to a random weather occurrence more than a regular thing. That said, even with the wind, the stay was AMAZING!!!
Amazing host and home! My friends and I had a great stay and we had everything we needed. The host communicated with us and we felt very safe. It was an excellent stay and we will be back for sure!! Thank you!
Ryson provided us with a great stay. The house was very cute and the backyard was our favorite. the iron was missing from the house and we asked the host about it and they immediately got one to us. We also appreciate that our dogs were welcomed to the location.
We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well decorated and the outdoor area was phenomenal. Our hosts were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Check in and check out were seamless with easy to follow instructions. Pool and jacuzzi heat were included! Our only complaint was it is a 10-15 minute drive into Palm Springs, but it was worth the price we paid. Be prepared to Uber or drive into town for groceries, restaurants, shopping etc. 10/10 would highly recommend booking with Ryson when staying in the Palm Springs area!
