Fluvio was like a ghost, he was never here (or maybe I didn't hear). But it was absolutely positive thing. No one disturb me, I wasn't forced to share bathroom with anyone. Bed was very comfortable, but bathroom needs some fixes (no toilet seat). Inside was pretty cold even when outside was hot; besides this no complains. For that price (I am a low cost traveler) this was good offer.

Tutto come pubblicato, ottimo appartamento. E il proprietario è molto gentile, lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri un soggiorno tranquillo.

L’alloggio è molto comodo con un bagno privato; la zona è bellissima e Fulvio davvero disponibile e gentile. Per qualsiasi cosa lui si mette a disposizione! Nella camera c’è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Io avevo la mia macchina, perciò non ho utilizzato mezzi pubblici, ma nel caso servisse ci sono nelle vicinanze fermate bus e funicolare. Tornerò sicuramente se dovessi ripassare da quelle parti, super consigliato.

Fulvio was a nice host, and got in touch regularly. Goggle map was helpful to help me find the right bus line to the flat, as for finding the bus stop you need to ask the passer by. As per previous comments, the flat is uphill, out of town, with a nice view to Napoli a short walk away. There is also a nice Caffe for breakfast, within 5mn walk. The room was clean, beddings had a nice freshly washed smell, good mattress and pillows. The flat is surprisingly, mostly, quiet for a densely built area. Now there are a few things that need improving in the flat, front door locking, sticky bedroom door and bathroom door, with difficult lock too. Also I never managed to flush the toilet once in the three days I was there, slamming the button on the wall did nothing to the old pipe system, but it hurt my hand. Fulvio said he is planning some improvements. He also let me keep drinks/food in the fridge, and eat prepared food there in the kitchen.
