Amazing Home! Beautifully decorated and spacious. So happy we choose this home instead of a hotel. The weather was raining and cold all weekend so we spent most of the time in the home.

Overall a BEAUTIFUL location and house. Would recommend the area to others. However we did have a few issues which included some of the upstairs bedrooms not having been vacuumed (so much popcorn left behind), the dishwasher leaking so much it was unusable, and the pool and hot tub being too empty to heat despite having paid for pool heating for the whole visit. When talking to the host we were reassured just to add water, which we did for 3 days, and then it started heating. A pool tech was sent at this point but we had done their job. When asked for a refund for these days we were refused. At this point the chemical level were so off the water smelled bad and half the group went home to receive prescription antibiotics for ear infections from the pool water. The host is responsive but dismissive and it is clear they dont have a personal stake in the house.

Everything about the home was as described. Oli was top notch with his reply’s. I was only disappointed with the issues involved with the pool and hot tub. As there was constant communication back and forth about there being an issue. This should have been addressed on day one and not left for us to keep checking on the whole time. The hot tub never got above 85 and we had to keep adding water to pool and hot tub the whole time. There was definitely something wrong with the system. Finally someone looked at it and it still was not ever completely fixed. Also the grill we paid for looked like it was something that was free for the taking off the side of the road. It was gross dirty, rusted, and knobs broken. Oli was notified and said he would take it up with the company. But we never heard back. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great house for large groups and families. The community amenities were a nice bonus too. Oli was super responsive and quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!
