We found Luca’s place very clean upon arrival. The view was incredible from both living room and bedroom. It matched the pictures. Luca was a great host, always available to answer our queries. He also provided us with a drive to the airport service which was great!. We were given water and drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The place is only 7mins from central Como and only 3mins away by foot from lots of restaurants and boat rental places. This place deserves 5 stars but there are some points to consider before booking this place: (1) no elevator in the building and the flat is on the second floor so a bit of a struggle if you have heavy suitcases (but the view is worth it!). (2) low pressure shower water.

Great place with a beautiful view! Would definitely recommend! Walking distance to everything, train, ferry, food etc whilst also feeling secluded

Luca was a great host, very clear instructions and was quickly responsive! The apartment was beautiful with four windows of beautiful lake views. A short walk to everything.

My stay was wonderful overall. The location provides a beautiful view of the city center and the lake. Luca was wonderful and very helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall I definitely recommend. However one caution is that the flat is located upstairs so if you bring luggage it will require strength to get it up. The place is best accessed by car then walking. It would not be easy to access via walking from the train station as you would have to walk up a considerable flight of stairs/up the hill. Other than that, a perfect stay.
