Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in Kos bei Irene war tadellos. Die Wohnung (Gaia 4) war super gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Woche so benötigt. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, div. Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Bei "Problemchen" wurde uns blitzschnell geholfen und weitere Unterstützung angeboten (Super ! - eigentlich 6 Sterne !!). Das Meer ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen keine 300m entfernt. Generell ist in Kos Town alles fußläufig zu erkunden. Eine Quadtour über die Insel ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, gibt es direkt gegenüber der Wohnung zu leihen. In der Wohnung selber war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier ausreichend vorhanden. Das Sofa lässt sich bei Bedarf auch zum Schlafsofa umklappen. Alles in allem war unsere Erfahrung positiv. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt dort weiter!

I had a fantastic three week extended stay! Amazing location. The unit was spacious, got plenty of sunlight, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The large flat-screen in the living room was appreciated during downtime. The kitchen could have used a few more accessories, and some basics like olive oil, but overall there is more than enough in there to get by! The bedroom was large, comfortable, and quiet. The various organizational units in the bedroom and hallway were a big plus for me. My only real issues were the bathroom and washing machine. The shower was clogged upon arrival, and the drain by the toilet likes to overflow frequently. That said, Eirini, who was a friendly, attentive, caring host made sure that any and all issues or requests were addressed immediately, often with multiple options to make things easy and ensure I was as comfortable as possible. You’re in good hands. Highly recommended.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung. Sehr sauber gehalten und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen gegeben was ein sehr großer Pluspunkt ist. Da die Wohnung direkt in der Nähe des Hafens ist, hatte man mehr als genug Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.

Unser Aufenthalt in Gaia 4 war perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber, hatte alles notwendige zum Kochen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Unsere Tochter (11 Monate alt) hatte ein modernes neues Babybett zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr geräumig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt um Kos Stadt zu erkunden. Es sind ca. 7 Minuten zum Hafen und damit auch zur Altstadt. Zwei große Supermärkte sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Kiosk. An der Straße gibt es auch viele tolle Restaurants. Irini war eine super Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei jeder Frage sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen. Von ihr haben wir auch einen Reiseführer erhalten. Rundum waren wir mehr als zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment and as arrived we had understand immediately that we did a goal. We have try several apartments with this app but this house was the best. The building is completely renovate and placed in one of the Main Street of the city really close to the beach (not more than 500meters) and to the center of the Kos city (same distance) The apartment was very pretty and nice, everything was new. Also Miss. Eirini, the host, was very kindly and helped us in any our requests. We really suggest to book this apartment if you want to pass a great holiday in Kos.
