Excellent for those seeking privacy and relax away from the seasonal summer chaos and for visiting the beautiful Salento. Villa Monticelli is an elegant period villa from the early 20th century. The considerable space available in the Villa, as well as in the outdoor areas, is a great advantage for those seeking relaxation and intimacy. Villa Monticelli consists of a living room directly accessible from the outdoor patio. All around it are the numerous rooms: 4 air-conditioned suites with comfortable Queen-size double beds and TV. Each of them is completed by a private bathroom, for a total of 4 bathrooms relating to the Suits, in addition to the main bathroom of the Villa. There is 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 spacious and bright dining room. The entire Villa Monticelli is surrounded by a large private garden. Inside the property you can park your vehicle free of charge.

Villa Monticelli is located in the characteristic village of San Cassiano, in the province of Lecce, in southern Salento.
The village of San Cassiano offers all the services you need, such as: pharmacy, supermarket (5 minutes on foot), bar, a renowned pastry shop with typical Salento products and more.
In about 16 minutes by car it is possible to reach the maritime areas closest to the Villa such as Castro Marina, Porto Miggiano and Santa Cesarea Terme with their cliffs and Saracen Towers.
In about 25 minutes by car it is possible to reach Otranto and from there the most famous beaches: I Laghi Alimini, Torre dell'Orso, Sant'Andrea, San Foca. Along the way, which runs along the seafront in some places, you can enjoy the panorama offered by the Litoranea and take wonderful photos.
In about 30 minutes by car you can reach the city of Lecce, which will fascinate you with its Baroque style.
In about 50 minutes by car you can reach Gallipoli and you can also visit the coast facing the Ionian Sea, thus visiting well-known places such as Torre San Giovanni, the historical centre of Gallipoli and much more.
