Perfectly located, 5 min walk from Wokingham high street and train station. 2 spacious double bedrooms with high ceilings and garden view. Free parking for multiple cars. Surrounded by a lovely garden, enjoyable in every season thanks to the heated conservatory. Victorian high ceilings on top floor and a classy look and feel completes the picture of our lovely Central Wokingham Accommodation. A spacious living room contains both a dining area and a comfortable living room with sofa and a 40" smart TV with Netflix and Free TV.

A very pleasant stay in a wonderful home. We would be happy to return
The location is nice nearby the center of the town. However, there is noticeable unpleasant musty smell around the lower floor/living room/kitchen area. In addition, there are quite a lot of mosquito around the garden and would come into indoor as well
Nicolo was the perfect host. With clear instructions, easy access, flexible check in/out. He communicated well on check in/out, checking if things were ok and if we needed anything. Also responded well to any queries we had. The property was ideal, within walking distance of lovely shops and the centre of Wokingham with a lovely park and restaurants. The property itself was ideal, full of character and period features like wooden shutters at the window and kitchen etc was well equipped. We look forward to return.
I loved the time I spent in Nico places, really welcoming, peaceful, town center just 5 min walk . Very clean, comfortable. Both beds is very big and really comfortable. Thank you x
