Great place to stay. Clean, cosy. Fast internet connection. Great host, responsive, helpful. Big mall nearby. Some may find walk to fifth floor a little bit challenging, but I loved it. Helps with staying in good shape 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Armine’s place. The host was super communicative and hospitable! The apartment is few minute walk to a mall with a big supermarket, which is very convenient. It’s a little bit outside the center of the city, but you can get to the center for about 1500 Dram with a taxi. The apartment itself is a bit older, but it’s quite cozy! Internet works very good, if you’re someone that is working remotely. I would advise you be comfortable with a daily workout, as it’s on the 5th floor, so you’re going to get a lot of steps in, Overall i think it’s one of the better places in Yerevan for the price. I extended 4 times, so I obviously liked it, would stay here again.
