Yorkville is a great location, especially walking along Cumberland and seeing all the Holiday lights at this time of year, and the views from the apartment are awesome! I enjoyed my stay here. The place is as described and was very clean. As commented by others, you do need to walk 15 minutes from the apartment building to get the keys - inconvenient if bad weather or late check-in. Alireza was a great host and responded promptly to my questions.
Yorkville is the best neighborhood in Toronto - and you will not find a better place. Great view of the neighborhood from the apartment and loaded with amenities.
We had a wonderful time at this place! Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. The host was also friendly and hospitable, which made our stay even better. However, I did notice that the apartment was showing signs of aging. There were maintenance issues, such as the washer and dryer not working and the microwave being unattached (it will need a sooner replacement). Additionally, it seemed like the flooring and window blinds needed some fixing as well. Besides these comments, I would suggest informing in the booking disclaimer, that the key pick is outside the building (10 min walk), which may be inconvenient during winter or late check-ins.

It is a 3 minute walk from the 2 Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth) at the Bay Station – Westbound Platform stop.
Nearby streets like Bay, Bloor, and Wellesley have bike lanes for cyclists to use, and for motorists, the nearest highway is the Don Valley Parkway, accessible via Bloor Street East.
