Introducing our renovated residence turned into a 3-storey, 7-guest-room concrete hotel building. In compliance with Japanese government regulations for a hotel license, the property is equipped with fire safety measures, including fire extinguishers, leak detection fire alarms, evacuation tools, and fire-resistant hard doors securing each guest room. All guest rooms feature private shower rooms, and toilets for exclusive use. Shared facilities include a communal kitchen on the 3rd floor and laundry facilities on the 1st floor, both available for complimentary use based on availability. Our establishment prioritizes safety, comfort, and functionality to ensure a seamless and secure stay for our guests.

Excellent facilities and service at an affordable price even in the busiest of holiday seasons. The rooms are clean and new, have all the amenities for a solo traveler or family to stay for a while. The car included is an excellent opportunity for those willing to travel outside of the main city of Osaka. A bit far from the station, but at about 20-30 from the beach and boulevard, it’s a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Highly recommended!
This is a great spot if you care about being relatively close to the airport and you want to drive. There is a car included in the room rate. The Japanse small boxy one for even more fun. That is so nice and well thought of because without one there is not much around. The host can pick you up from the trainstation and off you go. You are allowed to go anywhere even all the way to Kyoto if you want. The place is new and modern. The shower is hot and the beds are comfy. People running it are helpfull and proud owners. We wish them well in the future. Simply lovely!
The suite was exactly what we needed for a night's rest and the car was exactly we needed to sight-see and shop in Osaka. The was a very value for our 2 night stay.
