Absolutely perfect house for an eight person golf trip. Six almost identical rooms all with their own bathrooms. On the ocean, beach access right out the door, great pool, hot tub, outdoor seating.

Wow. This place was amazing for our large family. We are parents of 8, and this offered space for them to spread out and privacy. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the fenced in yard. Beach access was through a gate in the fence. Everything was perfect and kid friendly. It was one of those vacations that really made you feel at home. Kate was kind, responsive and approachable. She was always there to answer any question that came up. We can’t thank you enough. When your host says, “Please don’t worry, just enjoy your vacation” multiple times, you know you’ve found the perfect place.

The house was very nice with a beautiful view looking out to the beach. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of space in the house. It was super convenient having bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. Kate was extremely responsive to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We did have a glitch with heating the hot tub the first night, but Kate was quick to respond, had someone come fix the hot tub the following morning, and provided us a refund for the day it wasn’t heated.

We stayed at this house for our annual golf trip and really enjoyed our time there. It can be hard to find places that can sleep 12 but this had a great layout, awesome view of the beach & the pool / hot tub was great as well. Lots of room outside and by the pool to hang out at night and would recommend this place. Kate was a fantastic host to work with as she was very responsive and made sure everything was good upon check in.
