This location was close to Cleveland Clinic and there is a grocery store below that is pretty convenient. I had an issue with female and pet hair everywhere when I first checked in and a broken coffee machine but the Manager did a great job accommodating MUCH better than the customer service rep. The hallways and smelly and dirty in the building and so are the elevators which are super slow. It's very expensive for what it offers to say the least not worth it unless you don't have a car and really need to be close to the clinic. You are pretty far away from Ohio City and Downtown so no options for restaurants unless you Ubereats everything. Again NOT WORTH THE PRICE, you would think it was surrounded by shops, restaurants or at least a waterfront property. I honestly think they forgot that they are located in Cleveland Ohio.

I had a great time there. It was a very clean apartment and the kitchen was well equipped. The gym and grocery store downstairs were incredibly convenient. It’s also at a really great location for you to walk to UH or CC within 20mins.

Dust all under bed and floor areas. Would’ve been better if I could’ve use a broom to clean up
