SLEEPS 20 people in 14 beds. Also, you can add another person on the Couch in the Living Room making 21 total. 2 Large TVs, one in each living room area. NEAR BULLDOG STADIUM at California State University, Fresno. CENTRALLY LOCATED, only 56.6 miles to Yosemite. Enjoy the POOL in the warm Fresno Summers. Also, have a BBQ with your family and friends in the back while lounging on our large patio area. This house offers so much. The Garage is also available for Guest use. Sorry, no pets There is a nice fully appointed Kitchen with a Dining Space; Formal Living Room; An Event Room with 3 Full Sized Futons, and one Full Sized Bunk bed set; 2 Bedrooms with 2 Twin Bunk Beds each; and 1 Master Bedroom with it's own Bathroom which has a Cal King Bed; 1 Guest Bathroom; a 1 (maybe 2) car garage; Backyard patio with backyard furniture, and a large fantastic swimming pool! Parking is in the garage, on the driveway, and on the street. This house has EVERYTHING!

Everything was great it was 17 of us and we all fit we all had such a great time. David helped us with the check out a little later since we were traveling from LA . Thank you so much for the snacks they helped a lot since we arrived late at night for check in and it was mostly youth that went with us . It was very peaceful and very easy find felt right at home everyone was comfortable . The home had everything we needed from the kitchen to the restrooms the whole home was very flexible with tools for everything. Great home great host thank you God bless you .
David was very responsive and quick to take care of any concerns. He went out of his way to purchase another iron when we couldn’t find it. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a place to sleep for a large group of people.
