Wonderful location - able to walk to all the things we wanted to do downtown. Remarkably quiet for a place in the city. Lovely homes in the neighborhood, wonderful restaurants, nice small shops, artsy. The bed was very comfortable and the home is well equipped.

The location of this place was 100% amazing and close to everything you could want in Midtown. I love that. The area is super safe and totally walkable. I really enjoyed that part. I have a couple issues and they were all minor: 1. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear the upstairs neighbors and the alley outside- the communal trashcans were right outside the bedroom window. Minor but a bit annoying 2. The floors had not been mopped in a LONG time. My bare feet got very dirty after a shower. For an 80$ (I think) cleaning fee I expected a thoroughly cleaned space. It was fairly clean but not what I expected. In the rental agreement, I think thats where I read this, there isa part that says you have only so long to tell the management about any issues with cleanliness of the space, which leads me to believe this is not a common occurrence. Other than those two issues I loved the place, and would consider booking again simply because the location is so close to great food and bars.

Great location. Perfect for a quick weekend trip to Sacramento for two.
